Hey all. Well I thought it was time I had another workshop. Since many of you love the Album in a Box (pictured here), I decided to make this the next project. For a cost of $20 you will be able to make 2 of these fantastic novelty albums. All material will be provided (other than adhesive, you will need to bring own) and light refreshments and nibbles will also be included. There are 3 dates that I can offer. Classes sizes are limited to 10 people. Dates are as follows:
Friday February 22nd at 10am
Tuesday March 4th at 7.30pm
Monday March 17th at 7.30pm
Workshops will be held at my home in Seven Hills. Please let me know if you would like to attend any of the classes by Friday February 15th via my email meganjk@gmail.com or my mobile 0401 441 244. Also let me know what colours you would like your albums to be and I will coordinate papers for you! There is no need to bring any photos on the night, they are not required to complete the box, but if you would like to, you are more then welcome to bring them along. Look forward to seeing you there!

Materials used:
Stamp set: Birthday whimsy
Cardstock: Bashful blue, apricot appeal & whisper white
Stamp pads: Pixie pink, perfect plum, certaintly celery, tempting turquoise & basic black
Accessories: Decorative scissors & stampin' dimensionals

Wild about you!
- I saw this card on Pat Huntoon's site and decided to case it. I chose more earthy colours, and once I finished it, I thought it would make a nice card for a man (say Valentine's Day!) It was very simple, but I like the use of the giraffe which I think gives the card a cheeky (but cute) look to it.
Materials used:
Stamp sets: Wild about you, Linen background
Cardstock: Chocolate chip, confetti cream, whisper white
Stamp pads: True thyme, pumpkin pie
Accessories: Chocolate grosgrain ribbon, stampin' dimensionals

Let the Sale-A-Bration begin!!!
Hello everyone. Happy New Year! Hope you had a wonderful and safe Christmas and you are enjoying 2008 so far. It is a particularly fantastic time at Stampin' Up with the Sale-A-Bration promotion underway. During this promotion you can earn additional free stamp sets whether you are a customer, hostess or new demonstrator (conditions apply) so everyone wins. If you would like to know more, feel free to send me an email. We also have our Summer mini catalogue which has more stamp sets to choose from. This card has been made using Bud Basics from page 6 of the catalogue. Some of you have already received this catalogue, but if you haven't, just visit the Stampin' Up website (link to the left) and view online. It was very simple to make. I have stamped outline images onto a natural ivory matte with chocolate chip, then I have used pumpkin pie, ruby red and old olive for the solid stamp images. I have then made a tag using my cuttlebug diecuts and stamped thank you sentiment. The tag has been attached using chocolate grosgrain ribbon, which has then been attached to the natural ivory matte. The matte has in turn been mounted onto a ruby red card....VOILA!!! I think it looks quite effective. Let me know what you think. As normal, I have provided a list of material used.
Material used:
Cardstock: Natural ivory and ruby red
Stamp sets: Bud basics, favorite teddy bear and fresh fillers
Stamp pad: Chocolate chip, ruby red, pumpkin pie and old olive
Accessories: Chocolate grosgrain ribbon, cuttlebug die cuts and mini glue dots
